By accessing or using Mimir ("the Service"), operated by Mimir ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Mimir is an AI-powered product management tool that analyzes customer feedback, generates insights, and produces product recommendations. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process data you provide and generate structured output including themes, recommendations, impact projections, and development specifications.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to the data you upload to Mimir, including customer feedback, interviews, documents, and any other content you provide. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you — this includes sending your data to AI providers (Anthropic) for analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
The insights, recommendations, impact projections, and specifications generated by Mimir are AI-generated output based on the data you provide. This output is provided for informational purposes and to assist your product decision-making. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated recommendations before acting on them.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to process data you do not have the right to use; (b) attempt to access other users' data or accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse-engineer the Service; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (f) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (GitHub, Slack, Intercom, Linear, Notion, and others) at your direction. These integrations are governed by the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You authorize us to access and process data from connected integrations solely to provide the Service.
We strive to keep Mimir available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mimir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following account termination.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us at contact@mimir.build.
